SHORT ATTENTION SPAN THEATRE RETURNS TO RED BARN THEATRE

Red Barn Theatre, 319 Duval Street, proudly presents the 2014 Edition of SHORT ATTENTION SPAN THEATRE: RANDOM ACTS OF COMEDY, May 6 to 31. This popular feature is a traditional end to the Red Barn Theatre Season and this year’s fresh-picked assortment of ten-minute plays is funnier and more thought-provoking than ever!
The Random Acts of Comedy combine five directors, seven plays, nine actors in one extraordinarily hilarious evening.
Mimi McDonald coordinates the project with the help of Gary McDonald, Jack McDonald, Amber McDonald Good and Richard Grusin. Mimi says “I know this sounds like a family affair and it is! I was going to call the project “Happy Meals” factoring all the McDonalds involved but decided to go with Random Acts of Comedy because that title reflects the variety of the shows selected.”
Some of 2014 Short Attention Span Theatre plays were suggested by City Theatre in Miami who has a very successful run of short plays every year and were eager to network with Red Barn.
