I hope somebody credible comes forth with an eye witness account! This shameful, tragic event must serve to at least create positive change. Kudos to the Blue Paper for exposing the truth and the video that proves it! Shame on the Citizen newspaper for today’s Sunday headline that proclaims the Key West Police blameless in the murder or at least manslaughter of this man who very clearly was not fleeing or resisting arrest. I believe he drove to the beach and parked where he did just to attract attention so that he had witnesses to police behavior.
