I don’t want a Nanny State where the government has it’s hand in everything. That is what the courts are for. This was private enterprise and hopefully the courts will see that all parties involved have culpability to the sinking of the Tug Tilly (the previous owner, the purchaser & the marine that last towed it) The county should not get involved due to liability issues.
