Professional Argentine tango and folklore dancers and teachers, Roxana Garber and Oscar Caballero perform with Innernational Sound at last year’s Key West International Latin Arts Festival concert. The Miami-based duo will return to perform at this year’s festival, set for November 9 and 10 in Key West.

Sponsors, volunteers and artists are sought for the 2nd Annual Key West International Latin Arts Festival ¡Esperando Nacer! 2013, set for November 9 and 10. It’s a two-day celebration of traditional Latin American cultural arts featuring folkloric dance and percussion workshops, Latin American artists’ exhibits, poetry readings, culinary surprises and an exciting theatrical concert featuring InnerNacionalSound’s Christian Monzón and Valerie Carr, renowned Miami-based Tango Times dance luminaries Roxana Garber and Oscar Caballero and an outstanding line-up of local and visiting musicians, folk dancers and thrilling Capoeira performers.
