Florida Keys SPCA Nets Just Under $2k from Small Dog Electronics' Holiday Giving Program
KEY WEST, FL — Small Dog Electronics has donated $ 1,815 to the Vermont Foodbank as a result of its holiday giving effort during December. The certified Apple Specialist donated 1% of every purchase to three non-profit organizations – one in each of the states where Small Dog has a retail store, which includes Florida, Vermont, and New Hampshire.
“Small Dog Electronics and its team have made a difference in the lives of the animals we serve,” said Tammy Fox-Royer, executive director of the Florida Keys SPCA. “We are so grateful for Small Dog’s hard work and dedication to our mission.”
The Florida Keys SPCA is an independent non-profit organization based in Munroe County and has been providing animal shelter services in 1999. They maintain high standards of care for their animals, which include veterinary care and spay/neuter. They also provide adoption services, 24-hour animal control, cruelty and neglect investigations and rabies vaccinations plus additional services.
Charitable giving is an integral part of Small Dog’s corporate social mission. “We’re thrilled to have helped the Florida Keys SPCA, the Vermont Foodbank, and the Manchester, NH Animal Shelter,” says Don Mayer, CEO of Small Dog Electronics. “Helping those in need is what the holiday season is really all about.”
