Serpentine Leadership Maintains Status Quo–World Counterparts Thrive
It’s unfortunate that some employed by our school district aren’t measuring up to the enormous responsibility that has been entrusted to them. It’s frightening that the fate of our nation rests in their hands.
Placing flawed, corrupted and incompetent individuals with our students is a staffing practice enjoyed by too many school systems. Cronyism and politics are formulated into determining the fate of these children.
Duplicity appears to be a valued pre-requisite when selecting a principal. A school rotten at the top discharges a toxic venom that cascades downward infecting all. I’ve read “SACS” accreditation findings that used similar language when describing a principal at one of our schools.
Ineffective leadership and instruction leads to discipline problems. Kids know you love them, when through your extraordinary effort a spectacular classroom experience is created, which challenges, excites and titillates their imaginations. Once bonded, these children will follow their teacher to hell and back. Appreciative students are cooperative allies.
Incompetent and negligent educators propped up by unions and soiled superintendents continue to destroy innocent lives.
Developing impressionable intellects to analytically reason and problem solve is the fabric that births civilizations. Not everyone desiring to be a teacher is made of the right stuff. The breeding ground for student failure begins with recruiting teachers and administrators who bring little to the table.
Cognizant of the miserable education being delivered by many public schools, a ‘task force’ has been assembled to rescue students suffocating under the weight of obsolete curriculums that are providing a second-class education.
Confronting ignorance hasn’t any room for attitudes and strategies that aren’t battled tested. Successful approximations towards brilliance are steps that will stimulate a child’s growth and potential. Principals belong in their schools guiding and encouraging skill mastery, while advancing a message of self-actualization, as they place students and staff into positions to succeed.
The amount of money spent per student in the United States has doubled since 1970. The test scores and over-all academic achievement of our students has remained relatively the same.
Acknowledging that when children fail; the principals and teachers are failures, is an empowering proposition.
Bureaucratic deficiencies and misadventures must be overcome, allowing students to authenticate their competitive worth and standing in the world.
