Love Lane Gang: At Blue Heaven, Salute, McConnell’s and Seadog Tavern this week

A locals band that knocks the socks off sophisticated tourists and locals alike! The Love Lane Gang is carrying their foot-stomping, child-friendly and jitterbug-hopping music from the 20’s through current day to happy audiences all around town this week.  Playing spoons, kazoo, mandolin,  banjo, guitar, upright bass, percussion,  and a washboard tie,  with vocals, the members span an age range of over thirty years, as they bring back skiffle music  …a style of 1920s and 1930s jazz derived from blues, ragtime, and folk music, using improvised and conventional instruments,  updated  for the present. Come on down and enjoy the joyous ruckus!  McConnell’s Irish Pub And Grill, 900 Duval St.,Friday 1/31 (8 PM – midnight); Seadog Tavern, 628 Duval Street,  Saturday  2/1  ( 9 PM –midnight); Saluté On The Beach,1000 Atlantic Blvd, Sunday  2/2  (5:30-8:30 PM); Blue Heaven, Thomas & Petronia Streets, Tuesday 2/4 (10:30 AM – 1:30 PM) and (6 – 9 PM).
